DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!! Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. This office sure is quick to send you a bill but will not call you back with test results or anything for that matter! Go somewhere else, reviews don’t lie ! 🤦♀️
Called this past Monday to see someone. I had a rectal prolapse a few years back and was having the same symptoms. They scheduled me in for Wednesday morning with the PA. I received an email confirming the appt and to arrive 30 minutes before to fill out paperwork.I show up and they tell me I don’t have an appointment and that I had canceled it. Waste of time. Don’t call back. Sends your bills once a week for six weeks straight before they even call you with test results or mail them to you.
