Not making an appointment here due to the negative reviews. This office needs to clean things up if they want new patients.

The doctor was very nice, but the office lied to me about my out of pocket costs. I told them I was self-pay. ON A RECORDED LINE, they told me my only OOP cost would be $200. I asked if there were additional fees such as facility, anesthesia, doctor's, etc. They said NO...on a recorded line. I said, if it's only $200, then I will go ahead and book the appointment. Six months after my appointment, I started receiving bills for $1,200-1400 more. Now, they are telling me if I pay in installments, it will be $2,300.

First, let me say that 90% of my experience was positive. But the 10% that was bad was SO bad, I would never use this facility again. Dr Karim, the nursing staff IN the procedure room, and the post procedure nurse (Hannah) were ABSOLUTELY amazing. However, the nurse who checked me in and gave me the IV, was a nightmare. The staff that answer your phones are inept. I had to call 4 times simply to correct their error to the spelling of my last name to correct the portal. The nurse who checked me in was professional and kind. When rolled into a “storage room” for my procedure I was surprised by the ceiling tiles stained and broken. This was not my first procedure. I waited 35 minutes all hooked up alone waiting for the Dr. I will let my internist know and will not be back.
