Katie was fantastic! She took her time to explain results from my procedures, as well as giving tips on preventing future issues. Dr Obideen was great as well. Very good bedside manner, he put me at ease about the procedure. Highly recommend
I am so glad I did not let the bad reviews keep me from my appointment! I was worried enough about the actual procedure and then checking the reviews I was super nervous but I did not need to be! The waiting room was full and the place was busy but things moved efficiently. Front desk was fine, the nurse that took me back was reassuring and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I am stuck in the billing nightmare that others have mentioned. I keep getting unexpected bills (current one is for $1,200) after having paid over $1,000 at the time of the endoscopy, with the explanation that insurance covers the rest. This is my son's second endoscopy in 6 months and they want to schedule a 3rd one for May! I'd almost say this center is a scam.
I would give no stars if I could. The waiting area was crammed with people. The nurses spoke to many people in condescending tones. One in particular spoke very nasty to me but when she did it to a sweet little old man who could hardly hear her.... That was it. I made a formal complaint the day of the procedure with a written statement. They pulled me back to a walk area and violated every HIPAA rule possible by going over my medical history out in the open for anyone to hear and see.
