First, let me say that 90% of my experience was positive. But the 10% that was bad was SO bad, I would never use this facility again. Dr Karim, the nursing staff IN the procedure room, and the post procedure nurse (Hannah) were ABSOLUTELY amazing. However, the nurse who checked me in and gave me the IV, was a nightmare. I won't mention his name, but the facility is aware of this complaint as I have contacted them directly. The staff that answer your phones are inept. I had to call 4 times simply to correct their error to the spelling of my last name to correct the portal. The nurse who checked me in was professional and kind. When rolled into a “storage room” for my procedure I was surprised by the ceiling tiles stained and broken. This was not my first procedure. I waited 35 minutes all hooked up alone waiting for the Dr. I will let my internist know and will not be back.
Went for upper and lower endoscopy here. Yes waiting room is small but at least the chairs were comfortable and better option than sitting outside in the summer heat. Really like Dr. Dong. He listened well and gave a treatment plan that was clear and to the point. The nurse we had Ms. Nhu gets two thumbs up. What a fantastic nurse! She was confident, empathic and caring. 11 am. appointment. Told to arrive at 10 am. 2 minutes to check in. They said they were on time. I asked, why do I have to sit here for an hour. Their answer, we want you ready when we want you. I could have been there at 10:50. Please read the reviews and let your primary physician know so he or she will not recommend this group.
