The procedure was great up until after and I had questions regarding the results and asked for Dr. Sanchez to call me twice and still no response and the procedure was done on October 29th. I called again today November 20th so we will see if I get a call back.
I paid my bill up front. They gave me a price. I paid in cash prior to my services. Then I started getting bills for more than what I had paid. I explained several times and showed my reciepts but they are still sending me random messages, text, and calls. PLEASE GET YOUR RECORDS STREIGHT AND LEAVE ME ALONE! You have already been paid.
Be aware of their billing practices. I had a preventative service and at the post op visit they billed my insurance with codes that were not relevant to the post op visit. My insurance and I have been trying to solve for this since July and we have made over 10 calls between the practice and North Side Physicians billing services. Each of the representatives tells us that they will raise it with the relevant department and asks us to call after sometime.
