This was my forth procedure over the past 16 years. I rate this company ahead of others that I have used. The entire staff was very professional, caring and reassuring. Dr K answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure prep nurse was outstanding, she spoke in a soft tone, explained everything before doing it, very reassuring. My appointment was established in a timely manner, they worked me in four days after my first office visit. Wait times were well within acceptable time frame. My entire family uses thi... read more

Horrible experience. I went in for upper GI - as I watched unconscious patients being wheeled around I was glad I was a late appointment so no one would see me that way - no privacy. Drs and staff are extremely slow to respond and too conversational about patients concerns. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. On the other hand, my symptoms have subsided, so not a total loss - just a bad experience.

One of the worst practices ever. I have had 3 appointments and all of them have been rescheduled by the office at least once. The first time, they didn't even told me I wouldn't be visited by a doctor, but only by a PA (Who prescribed me a not-needed endoscopy: my own doc advised against!!!!).For my last rescheduling, they were trying to get me in at 1:30pm, which was inconvenient for me as I had a meeting at 2pm. after much discussion, I was promised the first afternoon appointment at 1pm and reassured that as the procedure... read more
