The doctors and surgeons are top notch. The front desk is good. But the ophthalmology assistants seem incompetent at best, at worst MEAN. A week ago I had one who inspired no confidence, having to check a “cheat sheet.” Today an assistant caused PAIN while doing a post op check, and when she was asked (nicely) to stop - her amazing bedside manner consisted of snapping “I’m not going to put up with this!” Um WHAT???!
