The doctors and surgeons are top notch. The front desk is good. But the ophthalmology assistants seem incompetent at best, at worst MEAN. A week ago I had one who inspired no confidence, having to check a “cheat sheet.” Today an assistant caused PAIN while doing a post op check, and when she was asked (nicely) to stop - her amazing bedside manner consisted of snapping “I’m not going to put up with this!” Um WHAT???! The location on Marietta, GA. has a bad customer service. I had an appt at 8:00 am, and I got lost so I called them to ask for directions and the answer machine keeps answering even at 8:40 am. I finally was able to get there and I mentioned it to the Manager and she didn't even care, the doctor and nurse didn't even say hello or good morning when they came inside the room. You don't feel welcome.
