I just returned from my first appointment with Kim at AEA. After seeing the best eye doctors in town for my dry eyes, this visit was absolutely the best I've ever had. None of the specialists I've seen for my condition, either in LA, NYC, or Atlanta gave me such a wealth of helpful information and attentive service, and this only after my first visit! This place is incredibly inconsiderate!!!!!!!! I made an eye appointment well in advance at least 2 weeks because I knew my schedule. KEEP IN MIND I saw last week that wouldn’t be able to make it so I called up there and asked to reschedule. Which happened. THEY LITERALLY WAIT UNTIL THE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to tell me I cannot come because of insurance. Which is NOT how you do business AT ALL !!
