We built our home in Cotton Creek 16 years ago. About 12 years ago we finished our basement and hired Atlanta Digital to add it to our existing system. We were so pleased with their work that we switched our monitoring to them. For 12 years we have renewed our contract knowing that if we move we can transfer our service to the new owner or take it with us. Being a local family owned and operated company is important to us.
I have had my security system monitored by Atlanta Digital Security for the past 15 years. The monthly rate is better than I found with any other company. Any questions I have had were answered promptly and in a professional manner. In the event that you sell your home they allow you to transfer service to your new home. Should I ever move, I will DEFINITELY take Atlanta Digital Security with me to my new home!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had service for two years with them and went one month into a new year and we sold our house and they will not prorate any of the yearly fees. They say the contract is for one year and it doesn't matter when you move...the money is theirs!
