Service was very good. I am a first time Trek owner. The staff met with me and took the pertinent information to help me define my ride and type of bicycle needed to purchase to help fulfill that bill.
Ended up here during our search for a bigger bike for my 11 y/o daughter. Mary was excellent helping us pick a size and style that she'll be able to grow into over the bext few years. The entire process from selecting to picking up couldnt have been easier. They kept me updated via text and she now has a great new bike.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean, organized, and well-lit store. Easy parking. Try it before you buy it approach for the bicycles you're interested in using the safe and spacious parking lot behind the store. Post sales service is as good (if not better) as the pre-sales experience.
