The owner of this company should be ashamed of defending Kathryn’s condescending behavior. Several neighbors in my (majority black) community have left reviews and communicated their concerns with her customer service. SEVERAL. Leaving a long detailed response as an owner doesn’t change the reality that Kathryn deliberately chooses to disrespect black homeowners that pay her for a service. Kathryn does NOT answer or return calls from homeowners, only for board members. Her tone via email can and has been very condescending and RUDE! At the end of the day, her along with ACS work for US, not the other way around. Her level of professionalism can definitely be worked on!
KATHRYN COLLINS is the absolute worst. Her customer service skills are a 0/10. If your community is outsourcing a management company avoid ACS if they recommend her. I’m sure other community managers at this company are great but avoid KATHRYN COLLINS at all costs.
Kathryn Collins is unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. She is extremely hostile and forgets that she works for the community not just the board. She is biased and does not deserve our hard earned money. GET RID OF HER.
Erin Crenshaw was so quick to respond to our request and assist us in resolving our issue. She is friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful!
