was supposed to have service today. the window came and dint have a response until later when I was messaging him that I've tired to call several times and he said he was in ER. and he was T-boned. 1st appt- got a call saying to reschedule due to 2 flat tires. Rescheduled for a few weeks later only to have nobody call or show up. Tried to contact them & voicemail was full.
Chuck was honest, on time and had a quick and reasonable solution to my problem!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I called the first time, set an appointment at a certain time, and that appointment was changed like three times in the same day. The day of the appointment the guy (Chuck) cancelled on me telling me about his private life/problems. This company was beyond unprofessional. Absolute zero customer service. Chuck, the owner, told me he would be at one of my rental properties at 12pm. My wife waited over 2 hours before he arrived. I tried to reschedule but was asked to still wait. After arriving 2.5 hours late I asked for a small discount because of the inconvenience. The owner became irate immediately and thought I was crazy to ask for a small discount for this inconvenience.
