One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Paid for anesthesia to be asleep for my procedure and the doctor started to tell me to lay back awake and when I told him no I needed and paid for general anesthesia he literally refused to listen and did it anyway!! Not only that but when you're waiting you can just see them bring out jars of you know what and when I began to cry the staff told me if I didn't stop they would ask me to leave.
