One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Paid for anesthesia to be asleep for my procedure and the doctor started to tell me to lay back awake and when I told him no I needed and paid for general anesthesia he literally refused to listen and did it anyway!! Not only that but when you're waiting you can just see them bring out jars of you know what and when I began to cry the staff told me if I didn't stop they would ask me to leave. I came here about a year ago. The procedure left me with a fever and infection. When I called the office to ask what to do because my fever kept climbing they said “oh that shouldn’t happen.” No offer to see me back in the clinic, no concern for my health. I had to go to emergency doctor for them to retry sucking out the leftover matter and infection. They had to do it twice without any type of numbing or anesthesia. It was brutal. I have lasting damage from it. Be aware.
