Lauren is so great!! So nice , personable and really listens.
This was my first time meeting Lauren, I've been going to Atlanta Cancer Care almost 7 yrs. Dr. Chi is my oncologist, she is amazing. I have complete faith in her. Anyone she has under her, has to be on their way to the most amazing! Lauren was very professional, kind and thorough. Cancer is no fun and having someone like Lauren to talk to and meet for the first time is more comforting than one could imagine. Kindness goes a long way when dealing with someone with a life threatening disease.
Drab, no frills medical office but good frank medical discussions with most people having positive attitudes. Meka is a treat to work with constantly upbeat and positive.
I found it extremely difficult to schedule first appointment. I called for weeks and never received a call back. I finally just started calling and leaving messages on different departments voice mails and finally received call to schedule. Total it took 3-4 weeks before I spoke to anyone from the office. Check in was intense with the paperwork. I printed and did everything from the internet and still have to refill out forms for Emergency Contact & Medical information shared.
