I didn't use this company but if they work like they communicate, I dodged a bullet. I granted the two stars because the estimator was professional and prompt (as far as appointment time). Trey came out to my house to check out my basement for a complete remodel (finish). This, I might add, was after he called several times while I was on vacation to set up the appointment. After he had taken all his pictures and measurements, he said he would hand over to his boss and they would get back to me in a couple of days with plans... read more
