Pretty much sums up this facility! At least the squirrel doesn’t have to pay a different rate everytime it comes in :)
There was no AC and it was crazy hot. I was also trying to get water but they run out of water A LOT of time. Also the restroom smells like my bearded dragon. Just wish they take care of their facility more.
ABC’s management has the worst communication I’ve ever seen. Even though they were closing their facility down for renovation, I got charged for the August monthly fee on August 1st. I called and the man on the phone clearly stated to text their number so I can cancel and get a refund. Okay, I continued to text them every week with barely any replies.
