Terrible Experience DO NOT use this company. My car was vandalized and broken into. I called this company spoke to Keith. The price was higher than other repair companies but I wanted the glass repaired ASAP. Now I see why he was available right away. Very unprofessional, sloppy work. He replaced the glass and left me locked out of the car. I am in a worst position than before. The doors won’t open at all. The locks were damaged in the vandalism. Terrible experience. I needed my windshield, power window and back window all replaced after my car was vandalized while I was out of town. I went with Keith over other auto glass shops because his price was cheaper, he could do it a day sooner, and sounded very easy to work with over the phone. However, his work was incredibly sloppy: he didn’t connect the defroster on the back window, he scratched the back of my car while doing the removal/install, didn’t seal either the back window or side window well (rubber seal bulging... read more
