Terrible experience. I needed my windshield, power window and back window all replaced after my car was vandalized while I was out of town. I went with Keith over other auto glass shops because his price was cheaper, he could do it a day sooner, and sounded very easy to work with over the phone. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! The reviews prior to mine speak for itself and I hate that I didn’t give myself time to read them before booking him. He took my deposit and promised an appointment time of 9:30am today. Needless to say, it’s 11:36am and he has not called nor texted me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you needed my deposit that badly, keep it, but I hope your business gets shut down because people do not deserve this. Update: Replying to the businesses response below. I have NOT been refunded.

Keith repaired my window in under 20 minutes after some stupid person busted my window. He was reliable , answered the phone and helped me quickly . He’s also super reasonably priced . Thanks again Keith !!!
