I was confused by their website. This site offers a 20 percent discount to users who "book online." Then it has a "Request an Appointment" form where users can request a date and time. This form says that a company rep will contact you to "verify your appointment." So, I thought that my appointment was "booked" and that somebody would confirm before sending a technician. We had a gentleman come out and "fix" our refrigerator on Sunday. By Tuesday, it had broken again, along with the freezer this time, and I was informed that it'd be another 36 hours before anyone could come BACK out to fix the issue. I've lost $500+ in food and the customer service representative answering the phone was unsympathetic, rude, and did nothing to try to resolve the issue (like send out a different technician). Avoid this company. Just buy a new fridge and save your self fake repair costs.
One star because they did not honor the booking time I set up online. I took my business elsewhere.
My refrigerator started leaking water yesterday 12/23. I called this company yesterday afternoon and they got me on their schedule for Christmas Eve 12/24. Vic showed up on time and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. He gave me a price to fix it and it was very reasonable. He fixed everything and went beyond the call of duty. I recommend this company and I will use them in the future.
