We had an awful experience with this company and would never use them again. We called for washer repair on a Friday. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and said we needed a new hose. He went to Home Depot, realized the hose didn’t fit, and told us he’d get the correct part from an appliance dealer. He said he took a picture of the model and would be back Monday morning. Be Aware! I requested a service because my dishwasher doesn't drain after a cycle. However, when I cancel the cycle it drains. So they came to check it very fast, but the service was a scam. The technician just checked the dishwasher but barely took it apart. Then said the pump is not working and gave an estimate. Which was the half price of the dishwasher price.
