After several attemps with 2 ladies in billing to clear up a debt collector letter on my account with no success I was helped by a person named Mary Ann who was so efficient and solved the mistake made by billing. She took the time to do a conference call with the debt collector and told them a mistake had been made and the bill had been paid back in December.
