The difference open and close times are confusing and should be standardized for each day! For example..Your hours for Monday maybe 8a-4:30p but you stop taking patients at 3:30p, Tues close at 5p last patient taking at 4:30). Everyday it is a difference closing and taking last patient time! Frustrating
Not much personality from the staff during our visit for my son. The original allergist we saw previously was much more friendly and made an effort to make him feel comfortable. During this visit, the provider seemed annoyed and not very welcoming. I specifically scheduled the appointment for allergy testing, but when we arrived, I was told I would need to schedule that separately. That was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company told me I wouldn’t owe for my treatments, then proceeds to charge me after months of treatments and refuses to take responsibility. I have it in writing where they said I wouldn’t owe nothing and yet they still are sending this debt to collections. And no matter how many times I call to resolve this no one will respond. Exceptionally bad business.
Two weeks back to back , front desk calls me a few hours before my appointment saying the doctor Tyesha Coleman called out work and has to cancel my appointment . How convenient?! Two Mondays in a roll you just happen to have an emergency?! Complete BullS. Do you not know people cancel work just to come to the appointment and work with your last minute cancellation?? EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE doctor Tyesha Coleman, very unprofessional behavior, WOULD NOT trust her or this location .
This office is not good people don't go to this office because they try to trick you all the time they cancel it was time my appointment in the last minute and then talking something does not have the sense they are so bad,I asked fir name sbe give me Dora note last name she cannot give me because it's fake Bad Bad
