Scheduling at this location is extremely unprofessional. They will accept and confirm your appointment weeks in advance and then cancel with less than 24 hours notice stating they won’t see patients with specific allergies. Despite being provided that very information when the appointment was accepted and confirmed. Then you will have to wait another 3-4 weeks to been seen by a different provider (one that actually conducts itself professionally, unlike like this incompetent mess). We went out of our way to see Dr. Lily Hwang on the recommendation of our pediatrician. Both Dr. Hwang and all of the nurses were wonderful, but we can't recommend this clinic because of the unhelpful front desk staff and endless billing issues.

UPDATE: Dr. Sheerin has unfortunately retired. We love Dr. Sheerin. We moved from Switzerland ~1 year ago, and we had an amazing allergist for our little one there. We then had a bad experience with an allergist in Atlanta, and finally I did some research that led us to Dr. Sheerin. She’s a balanced physician, and she has an amazing team of nurses in her office. To find an allergist we trust in Atlanta has helped our family breathe a little.🤍
