Zero stars. Waited 3+ weeks for a new patient appointment. Arrived on time (within grace period), only to be told I was booked for 30 minutes and had to reschedule. The doctor can’t see me. Front desk then said new patient visits require 2.5 hours—so why was I scheduled incorrectly? I called the clinic multiple times beforehand to confirm benefits and timing. No one caught this. Dr. Lily Hwang is an excellent allergist! She took great care of my daughter and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. We were truly impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!
