I ordered the 3 piece catfish meal and it wasn’t catfish!! It looked like catfish but when I bit into it it was super soft & mushy. No texture or flakiness. I’m a country girl & I’ve eaten catfish all my life & this wasn’t it. Very disappointed.

07/02/25-Undercooked chicken. I called and spoke with "Tom," and he stated "sorry" and that he needed to speak with his boss, "Michael," regarding the matter, the following day. 07/03/25-I called to speak with "Michael" concerning the above issue @ 11:45 am and Tom stated "Michael" had just left. Not one time was an offer to resolve this issue, extended (I.e., a refund). Praying that none of us get salmonella poisoning or food poisoning of any sort.
