Energy order has been fast and clearly marked, with high quality plants. And every visit they are all super helpful and hand everything I need.
Ordered 30 starts. Some (bok choy we suspect) apparently arrived with aphids which quickly multiplied while we were away. Spent 10 hours cleaning the system and salvaging what we could. Have to start all over. Wrote to let them know about the problem. Never even got the courtesy of a reply.
Amazing experience with this company. I’ve ordered twice and they are now my go-to supplier. I have a “competitor” to Tower Garden and the difference found in AUF’s seedling and delivery quality is amazing. Seedlings arrived in an actual growing tray clearly marked with clear instructions and they are thriving!

There was a small mixup when I placed my online order. I needed to make a few changes and Sheree helped straighten it out very quickly and efficiently. Great communication. Very trustworthy.
