Brian was amazing. He was completely assessable. I did my order online and he made himself available to me via text messaging. The turn around from once you buy the mattress to when it is delivered is the fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced.Â
Went looking for a matttress after finding this place on Google Maps. Great customer service by JW, sorry if I have the name wrong. Felt no pressure at all to buy. He showed us many options and explained them all with rushing. Also explained the adjustable base differences even though we explain we were not in the market for one. The service here is great, and always supper friendly and helpful. I originally went for a mattress but came back to also get a box spring because the prices are too good to pass up. I absolutely love my bed and for how much i spent it was more than worth it!Â
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable but not intrusive, allowing me to browse, compare and decide. I’m very pleased with my mattress.Â
