After not working out for years, this was the type of gym I was accustomed to. Coach E made the decision easy and the facility was just what I was looking for. The right amount of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment without the busyness or hassles of other gyms. Small example. If you want to take your work out bag around with you to each station, you can without a problem. At other gyms. That's a big issue. Not here. Prices are good. And of course it's 24/7! Happy with my decision.

This is a decent gym with overall decent equipment. Coach E was super friendly and helpful with signing up and made it super easy. My card to get into after hours didn't work initially but E cleared that up right away. Guy definitely deserves a raise as he's usually the only one there! Unfortunately this gym just wasn't a good fit for me due to the equipment being pretty worn in and used and not very many cleaning stations. Awesome gym , love the 24 hour access and the cleanliness of the facilities. Staff is always pleasant and attentive and the machines are always functioning well and top notch. Highly recommended this location.
