Love this place! Their kickboxing classes are great and the number of classes are super convenient for different schedules. Their lunch classes are perfect for my work schedule because I can be in and out on my lunch break! Van and Jimmy are great instructors. When I'm not feeling class, I can come in for a workout and just enjoy the gym. There is never any pressure. Great staff and great array of equipment. :)

Recently transitioned to this location from the Lilburn location and I love this spot just as much. If you lean more towards more boxing/mma style training you’ll love this location. It may be a smaller weight training area but they still have a great variety of weights and machine to get a great workout in.

Main reason y’all getting this one star review is because I’ve signed up online for the free pass to check out the gym before signing up for it to see how it is, but now Jon from the gym is telling me that it’s a 15$ fee to be a guest at the gym? So what’s the point of signing up on the website for a “FREE PASS” if y’all are going to not only bug me to sign up but bait people into thinking they get a free pass when really, I’m just giving up my info to be pressed about coming into the gym to sign up or pay 15$ to try it out ... read more
