Under federal law (Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Regulation E) and Georgia Code §10-1-439.9, I have the right to revoke payment authorization in writing and stop all future billing. Despite this, ATL Fitness Buford repeatedly attempted to charge my account and continued to message me for payment.
