Mr. Jaffe owned Atlanta Family Lawyers off Bufford HWY in Atlanta. He promised me there would be three lawyers working on my case. What I got is terrible service. Month after month they billed me. They gave me no updates on my case. I would have to tell them about upcoming court date. I constantly called or emailed them, with no responses. Then he left the firm he owned, and two weeks later I was informed the firm was going out of business with no forewarning ...Stay away from this con artist with his get rich schemes
They get paid monthly and mistakes were made each month to insure they would get another payment. Mistakes that someone with little knowledge of the law wouldn't even make. Sending discovery request to the defendant instead of their attorney. Filing the case under the wrong name. Never scheduling mediation, and asking for an extension when one wasn't needed. These people should not advertise that they are knowledgeable in military divorce. I did all the research and addressed all that needed to be covered because they sure as hell didn't have a clue. They charge by the month and surprisingly every time I sent mail or was to receive mail it got lost in the mail which conveniently drew out the process for another month.
