ATL DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PARTS We bought a full in-frame rebuild kit for our ISX15. We added the STAGE 4 head that is supposed to be better last longer and reduce heat. We bought new cams, rocker arms and the whole kit. $16000.00 later we received a bent rocker arm (had to buy 1 locally to complete rebuild), was missing the special head gasket for Stage 4 head (Which apparently is no longer available). I ordered a platinum oh for a c-15 cat. Immediately after getting it done I started having injector issues. Caalked Christopher in warranty and discovered they sent the wrong injectors. He overnighted the correct ones and one failed out of the box. Then after my mechanic fliw matched one of the first ones with atl's approval they started failing one after the other and I replaced them all with caterpillar reman injectors. VERY UNSATISFIED. i HAVE ORDERED MANY THOUSANDS IN PARTS FROM ATL DIESEL. THE LAST TIME I ORDERED A SET OF HEADS FOR A N14 CUMMINS. PREFORMED A COMPLETE OVERHAUL ON ENGINE & INSTALLED NEW HEADS. TRUCK LEFT OUR SHOP & DROVE 300 MILES AND RETURNED DUE TO BLOW BY & KNOCKING NOISE. REMOVED HEADS AND FOUND 1 DAMAGED PISTON & LINER DUE TO VALVE HITTING. We overhauled our motor. Parts didn't arrive. Cy whined it was gonna cost him $700 for shipping, on our $14,000 purchase. Bad parts and won't fulfill warranty claims. We were out a truck and income for 5 months. We got bad blood between us. They owe us money! Now, we have 2 trucks and two businesses. Cy can dis me all he wants, ATL Diesel owes us $3388. Â
I ordered a camshaft kit didn't get all the parts that was listed in ad or on invoice I contacted them and talked to Cy he said I need to talk to Dan tried calling him no answer and no call back looks like I won't be using them againÂ
