Arrived 1pm appointment. Strapped and tarped ready to leave by 10pm, waiting on paperwork now. Could be worse I guess lol. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you have choice
I got here at 2 pm yesterday to pick up a load going to Georgia. I was stuck sitting here waiting until 9 pm and decided to go ahead and go to sleep and call my company tomorrow to see if I could get the load cancelled because of how ridiculous the situation was. An employee came and knocked on my truck at 4:30 AM this morning and told me to go to door 5. The worse company ever in the planet, they give an appointment but they won’t offload you on the time. I checked in 6:40 pm my appointment was 7:30 they told we will give you a call waited for 6 hours to off load when I went to office they have lost my paper work and got me in at 12:40 am offload me 2:00 am. Employees were so disrespectful didn’t even say sorry.
