The worst! They make mistakes and then blamed on the client. They cost me my work comp pay by not keeping me in the loop. Now on phantom emails they rest there case and make themselves feel and look better, when in fact they send emails the day of and stand behind there mistakes with a simple “we sent a email” if you didn’t get it that’s your problem.
