The entire Team at Soothe are beautiful, caring and fantastic people. From the moment you walk in you know you are going to be looked after. Julie is an exceptional receptionist who is so incredibly kind. Dr Edwin Lin was so informative, walked me through every concern and issue I believed I had and explained everything to me in a way I could understand to keep my teeth healthy moving forward. Absolutely amazing positive experience. Extremely professional, and honest discussion about pros and cons of planned treatment. Amazing hygiene practices and was very impressed at this. Felt at ease and would highly recommend. Reception staff are personable and approachable. Dr Lisa and Dr Edwin and the dental nurse were very professional, knowledgeable and caring.
A welcoming and stylish waiting room and a very warm reception. Dr. Ken Atkinson and his staff are a cut above the rest, very skilled and highly intuitive clinicians. A multitude of service offerings, a very woman and mother friendly environment. Could not recommend highly enough. I was referred by word-of-mouth and have already referred by word-of-mouth. Soothe Dental services were very professional and friendly at the reception. Dr Rachel Kiew and her assistant were patient, informative and extremely helpful in my dental care whilst also being funny and calming in all situations. Also the first Dental service to contact on the day after the operation to follow up if any issues. I would definitely recommend this service.
I recently visited soothe dental for my 3 week old needing tongue and lip ties lasered, Ken and the team at soothe dental made the process so easy and stress free. Everyone was so warm and welcoming it felt like I had known them my whole life, even receiving a call the next day to check in. It was our first time visiting soothe dental and I couldn’t recommend it any higher, will definitely be back.
