Exceptional service at Soothe Dental today, as always! It was my daughter’s first time seeing Dr Rachel, and it was wonderful to see the way Rachel talked to my daughter and explained everything to her. Julie the receptionist is so lovely and helpful, it really makes you feel at ease to be greeted and welcomed in such a caring manner. Such a fantastic team, highly recommend!
My first appointment at Soothe was great. As soon as I entered the clinic Julie was super friendly. Also, Edwin was very sensitive to my fear of dentists and explained a lot about my situation and was really confident about coming up with solutions, which is not what I have experienced at any other dentist I’ve been to in the past. We had a wonderful experience at Soothe Dental. Our baby required a tongue and lip tie release and they could not be more accommodating. Dr. Ken was informative and provided us with all the information we needed to make our informed decision, opting for a local, to minimise the pain from the hot laser. The practice itself is very inviting and the atmosphere was relaxed, decorated with Easter themed craft.
