I was having problems getting the insurance company of the man who had hit my truck to pay. So I had called James to find out about filing a lawsuit but he explained to me that they would fight harder to not pay for it if I went that route and it would be better to just file the claim with my insurance company (Nationwide) and magically when I did that ALFA then said they had heard from the guy that had hit my truck and would be paying for all costs .
