Great service from Atkinson. Recently moved into this house and boiler stopped working during the cold weather, leaving us with no heating or hot water. Spencer came round to do the quote on the Monday and then got the team in on Tuesday to rip out the old conventional boiler, water tank and power shower, replacing it with a combi. They also removed and fit a new radiator, and set us up with a Hive smart meter - all of this was done during one day! Excellent service at a great price. What a great service from Atkinson Boiler Care, came same day and replaced my thermostat within 10 mins and finally had heating within 20 mins of him arriving. So grateful would definitely recommend this firm if you need anything need doing with your boiler.

Came round to service boiler as it was due and we were without hot water After he left all was good for a couple days and the hot water went again. I have tried to contact him over the course of a couple of days now and have heard nothing. Will not recommend. BAD COMMUNICATION
