Recently traveled to the area from out of town for a weekend trip, while I was there my car began screeching on Friday afternoon of my visit and I needed to drive the car several hours back home on Sunday. Called several auto repair shops in the area and Atkins was the only one to take my call and offered me a Saturday morning appointment to inspect the car and make sure it would be safe to drive home on Sunday. The gentleman that does the work here is absolutely wonderful. He actually took the time to listen and understand, then he thoroughly looked into the issue. He found the issue that another mechanic could not within 30 minutes. I will not be going anywhere else for service. I love how professional this gentleman is, as well as knowledgeable without needing a computer to diagnose an issue. 5 star service all the way around.
Best quality, most thorough service we have ever received. Won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Outstanding experience getting our Jeep Rubicon back to top condition.
