Atkins RV had my travel trailer for 15 months, to install the system. After begging for four months to get it back, it was complete or so they said it was complete, nothing worked properly the gas line was completely exposed, the electrical system did not operate I had to get an electrician and pay extra, I had to take it to another RV repair company to replace the brand new on demand hot water system that Atkins let freeze and pipes broke, the owner lies and lied in court to a judge as he lost the case. Paul and Cathy were nice people to deal with. I would recommend them.
Stay away unless you have an extra $10K to invest to get the RV up to snuff. Here is our experience. 1. Found an RV we liked. Were given multiple assurances that the body of the RV was sound and the engine was mechanically o.k. I even made the comment to Mr. Atkins that "I didn't want to be driving down the road and have it break down" and he verbally assured me it wouldn't. 2.
