Can’t speak highly enough of Terry. We had an abandoned pipe burst in our yard, which proceeded to flood our basement due to the high water level in our area. We went through 4 other plumbers who couldn’t figure out how to cap it (it’s some rare thin-walled ABS pipe from the 70s, finally figured it out after Terry left). Terry found a solution and stopped our basement from flooding.

Im a first time client. Terry and his son were such a great help. We called a few plumbers to install a toilet for us however they were all booked especially during this holiday season. The other plumbers quote for installation were also outrageous. Although Terry didnt call3me back the same day, he called back the following day and just happened to finish a job earlier than expected and was just around the corner from my home.
