We unfortunately ! had our Powder Springs, GA home closing scheduled thru Vickey Atkins at the Atkins law firm in Rockmart, GA in March, 2022. This was recommended by our also unfortunately! real estate rep. Heather Soukup. We didn't receive the closing statement for several weeks after closing. Also Vickey didn't contact the HOA Co. and provide them closing confirmation. Quick efficient and extra helpful. Slightly less expensive than others.
I called this firm on three occasions, upon finding severe termite damage in my home. I was told it may take a couple of weeks, but that an attorney would get in touch. Numerous weeks later, and still nobody has called. Very disappointing.
