It’s really unfortunate my rating is so low. However, I will not be returning to Atkins Sinus Center based on the horrible experience I had. Let me start by emphasizing how great Dr. Willson is - He’s knowledgeable, charismatic, and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issue. The doctors have been great, and I have no complaints about their care. My concerns are with the surgery coordinator/office manager and the way my surgery authorization has been handled. It seemed that there were issues getting the authorization submitted to Cigna for my deviated septum surgery. I was told Cigna would require another CT scan and antibiotics, even though I had already completed both through another office. I recently had sinus surgery with Dr Atkins and his team. It went perfectly. Everyone on great and professional. The procedure and the recovery was so well explained I felt very confident going in coming home. No complications and all has gone very well. Would highly recommend them.

Atkins was professional, provided information and answered all of my questions about my surgery and post operational care. They were excellent to work with.
