Why 3 stars? Heres what I liked and then I’ll explain why I didn't give 5 stars. The people we met at the store were very friendly and helpful. We were able to pick out a carpet we liked and scheduled a time to get it installed into our new house. I honestly would recommend. But why not 5 stars? Ya here’s the thing. The guy who installed the carpet, Jesus (Hey-Soos) did not clean up after he was done even though it was in the invoice. We paid for a carpet install AND clean up.
