You would think a mechanic shop linked up with RACV would help a racv member to get their car in order broken down, Well no kelly said because of unavailability but when I broke down the week prior, she said the racv mechanic should of taking my car to the mechanics, well how's that for a great service NOT just like the racv mechanic, That's a bit odd , you can collect a car from 400kms away but not a local from 5kms away . you shouldn't be with racv you choose who you want to help not who comes to you for help
Don't bother as they do not return calls or emails. Asked the simple question of whether or not I had to book in for a quotation to repair vehicle and heard nothing!!! Obviously too busy or just don't like getting back to people.
Very rude receptionist for such a friendly town
Don’t know what everyone is all about but just rang this business and coped the worst service ever rude and obnoxious from the reception absolutely disgusting behaviour will not recommend this service at all
