I was recommended Atkins after receiving terrible service at Toyota in Cheltenham. I was quoted less than I was expecting and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday as we were going away soon after. When I dropped my car off I mentioned a minor electrical problem which I didn't expect to be addressed on the day and was happy to arrange another time for, however it was fixed on the day, as well as a new key battery, and I was charged less than I was initially quoted.
