I've been taking my cars to Atkins since they opened. Honest, reliable, professional. Having worked in the auto industry in the area for over 15 years there's no where else I'd trust.
I was recommended Atkins after receiving terrible service at Toyota in Cheltenham. I was quoted less than I was expecting and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday as we were going away soon after. When I dropped my car off I mentioned a minor electrical problem which I didn't expect to be addressed on the day and was happy to arrange another time for, however it was fixed on the day, as well as a new key battery, and I was charged less than I was initially quoted. Jarrad's service was phenomenal. I called in the morning and explained a couple of issues I had with my car that needed quite urgent attention. Jarrad was happy for me to bring the car for him to have a look at on the same day and resolved the issues that day. Couldn't ask for anymore and would highly recommend.
