Unprofessional business owner, lacks accountability when issues arise, argumentative and negative. "If you were getting a weave, they would charge you for extras", was his response when I inquired as to why tree limbs were left on my lawn after a mowing. What business owner says this to a paying customer. In addition, I received inflated invoices for services. The owner then questioned checks that were used to pay for lawn services, as I'm typing this, I will be forwarding a copy of those cashed checks to him.
Costumer services is amazing! Top notch landscapers!
Started out strong but then owner too distracted with other obligations. A shame, I was hoping to stay with them but had to find another company. Long wait times for additional.work requests and now does not do snow removal when at the start of the season said they would.
This is a different review than you may expect - while I can't comment on their landscaping abilities, I can comment on their character. Earlier today, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I pulled over in front of David's house to change the tire and as he and his coworkers were leaving, they stopped to help me with some particularly tough lug nuts.
