Drove 500 miles changed oil drove another 500 miles collapsed lifters on left side drove 60 miles the right side was told to pay shop bill I would get reimbursed . The bill was 2200.00 first time 2nd.time 2079.00 received a check for 912.29 after 2 months . Should have bought a crate motor from gm. Would been lot cheaper. 4200.plus4279.00
I would give less than a 1 star review if possible. When trying to get the core deposit back I was transferred to every possible number they have in their business including LKQ where they receive product from, only to be told after an hour of frustration that I need to email accounting.
FIND ANOTHER MANUFACTURER! Absolute worst in the business to deal with. They won't own up to their poor manufacturing and they won't reimburse you for all of the time you have to spend redoing their work or replacing their engine. Never ever again will we allow another of these engines into our shop. We have tried and tried to work with them to make things right and they simply refuse.
Bought a New 2.4 Ecotec from Autozone from this company. 2 months later the motor went bad. Dealing with their claim company is so slow and frustrating. Don’t recommend
