I got a basic 350 for my truck. First engine had a piece of piston break off in the combustion chamber. The replacement they sent out threw a rod and cratered the block. They said no more engines and no refund. Thankfully I bought a core to send in and still had my old engine to keep my ride moving.

New reman engine had 20% leakage on 3 of 8 cylinder and 12% on the others. Bought a cylinder head and scissor gears were not centered. Quality over the past few months has been horrendous, Stay clear of ATK reman

Find another manufacturer. Their workmanship is poor, and they will not do good with any mistakes they make. We purchased a cylinder head from this company that was supposed to be remanufactured, the engine began having severe oil consumption issues after 10,000 miles, we disassembled to find the valve stem seals were torn and the valves were not properly lapped, along with the valve stems had abnormal wear. We called to see if they would help out on the coverage and they denied any help. This place is a no go for anyone loo... read more

Want to pay good money for a product only to have it fail and have the company deny the failure and void the warranty on you??? If so..look no further than ATK.
