Been half a year and they never sent out my engine warranty claim refund check. Customer service is nonexistent and a joke if you can get ahold of someone. Email for support is down. Been told for 6 months their system is down. How can a companies system be down for half a year. Avoid this horrible company.
DO NOT BUY!!! Their engines are garbage. I replaced one engine 3 times. 3 times before I learned my lesson and bought one from somewhere else 2 of the engines literally never left the shop before they had failures . Lost over $10,000 replacing 3 times. Spent hours on the phone trying to get this taken care of and they could care less. Buy these engines if you want nothing but a head ache
We've been fighting with NuTech for 2 years for them to honor a replacement motor for our Jeep that blew up 2 weeks after install! We paid for a warranty but the last 2 years! 2 FRICKING YEARS they've been changing what we need to provide and giving our mechanic the run around!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY'RE CROOKS!!
Bought a New 2.4 Ecotec from Autozone from this company. 2 months later the motor went bad. Dealing with their claim company is so slow and frustrating. Don’t recommend
