I brought 2 handmade rugs in for repair, one from Turkiye, the other from Tunisia. They said the rug I had on the floor for less than 2 years had to be cleaned before they would do the repair, even though I clean it myself. This cost more than the actual repair! They wouldn't accept it being cleaned in my city where it would have cost a lot less. This is unacceptable. After 7yrs rolled in the garage, I rug and 2 runners cleaned. They came out beautiful and the dtsff were wonderful. The service was outstanding and a quick turnaround. They fit beautiful in our new home.Thank you!
