Excellent cleaning of my rug but especially wonderful, kind staff.
We had our 1940s Chinese wool rug cleaned and appraised. The technicians moved our furniture , rolled up the rug and pad and took it for cleaning. Then they sent it to Portland for an appraisal. When they returned it the price was the same as the estimate. The techs were friendly and efficient. The rug looks great for it's age and wear. We've been walking on it since 1990 so it does have wear but with cleanings it should last a good long time. Payment was easy.
