Great Doctor,and staff.
The Hemet office staff is ridiculous. Called to see if I could be seen for knee pain. I had to call 5 times before someone finally answered. Her name was Stephanie, she took down all of my information and said she needed to verify if my insurance was covered. She then promised to call me back. After an hour of waiting I called back. She said she hadn't heard from the billing department and would call them and let me know what they say. It's been two days and no one called back. Worst doctor in town. Rude. Does not care about patients. Run
This office has just become worse than before I’ve been calling for the last three weeks just to get a refill on my inhaler I’ve left messages and no reply yet they never answer and when u show up u get no help !!! I need a new doctor they are very unprofessional!
