Being like most the other comments here are based on going to this doctor due to the office taking their insurance, the same is for myself and my mother. My issues are from when I lived in Hemet awhile back. I had a lump in my eyelid and needed to see a specialist so I had to go to see him for a referral. He refused, said I didn't need it. This lump ended up getting infection and my eyelid had to get surgery to clean the area several years later. in my opinon the worst doctor in the valley. youre better off at the ER or urgent care. moved my self and family to another doctor.
And one star only because it is the lowest choice. If I could leave a fraction I would. Went to this office SPECIFICALLY for a daily, life-time med that needed a visit prior to being refilled. Got the lab work done and the PA called in two meds NEITHER OF WHICH WERE THE ONE I NEEDED. This is a med I MUST take daily and now I'm out. He COMPLETELY ignored the ENTIRE reason for the visit. The staff is rude. The PA never called back after TWO DAYS of calling the office and the med still wasn't called in before a long weekend. Yo... read more
I can't believe how bad we were treated... I have been going there for at least 15 years, now we are changing drs... They don't do what they say... And was even lied to.. They don't call back... Even the PA i talked to was rude. I'm in shock at how unprofessional they are. So disappointed because I loved Dr. Susan.
My mom was a patient here and she had medical. They dropped medical but didnt bother to tell her until she was in the waiting room for her appt. She had severe high blood pressure,diabetes and has been on meds for many years. They sent her away with nothing. She couldnt find other drs in town who took her ins and she went 2 weeks without her meds and guess what? She had a stroke. Thankfully she is alive but has physical and mental issues now. I would have been a new patient of Dr. Atiya however after what happend today I have already called my health insurance and cancelled him.... I went in to see him this morning. His M.A. or Nurse checked me in did the usual height, weight, temp & bp good start no complaints there... She asked why I was there to see the Dr I tell her my problem.
