Gross place never gain. Found plastic fluff from an employee’s clothing in my salad and then the open fork dispenser had literal dirt, grim, and hair in it
I usually don’t like salads especially salad chains… But atis was my first salad that hit the spot! I built my own salad via the kiosk and after some time I got my salad with what I wanted. Great selection, BUT I wish there was an option to pay for extra add ons (ie in the section where there’s the crunchy stuff: tortillas, crispy toppings, etc). Don’t get the smoothies here. They pre make them off site, and pour them out of large plastic containers. Not fresh. I ordered the banana nut and it was really bitter, chemical taste.
Went on Wednesday 23rd Sep and was very impressed by both the food and Lily s service! I could tell Lily really cared about customer s experience and was extremely kind, polite and vigilant. Will be returning back soon ☺
