I would like to give a negative 5 stars but that’s not possible. She doesn’t return calls for days, she and her staff never even acknowledge messages I leave at the main desk. Oh, that’s the only way to try to contact her. She is not personable when we do see her. She asks periodical questions and just types on her PC. When I call to try to get refills for my son they never return the calls or they call 4-5 days later, or they finally do when I get irritated with them on the phone and refuse to leave another message message.... read more
