I have sent one box last April 03 this year and was giving the full list to the guy who picked up the box . He told me their company is not doing that anymore ( the list ) and now it’s make sense , My package arrive yesterday but half of stuff from my list are missing. I can itemize all of them from the list of items I recorded and here they are : 20 pcs canned goods( corned beef, 3 sets of curtains, 24 pcs of toothpaste ( Colgate ) 3 box of cookies , 1 box of chocolates, 4 lotions , and 6 pcs of new shirts . We sent a box in December and they have received the box in Tuesday, March 25th which is yesterday. It’s very disappointing that the box was very light according to our family and most things are missing in the box. We made sure before we sent the box we listed most things what was in the box. (Tip: make sure you list the things inside the box before you sent the box) it’s very disappointing in this matter that things we put are missing. It took my 1st box to reached it’s destination for 10 weeks. Talked to the customer service (forgot her name) and she said that there is no such thing as 8 weeks arrival, it would be normally 10-12 weeks and don’t ask the driver who picked up the boxes as they are just drivers and don’t know anything. So it means if the driver like to take 1 box from one of his picked box they can’t monitor? My 1st box was traceable after 2 weeks of pick up from our house. 4 months and still counting. My mother sent a box 4 months ago wala pa din. Their customer service in the Philippines doesn't respond as well to calls. Binababaan pa ako ng phone. Do not use this company pls. Sayang lang yung pinagpaguran mong package... Very sketchy, unresponsive, and super delayed. No social media presence as well probably iniiwasan ang bad reviews but I've searched and saw people complaining about them as well. Again, do not use this company to send your packages.
