Sharing my bad experienced recently. I’ve sent my box in May and dumating after 3.5 months which should take 2.5 months only for Luzon. Nagtaka ako kung bakit nadelay iyong isa kasi iyong kasabay nyang box nadeliver na after 2.5 months and my worst suspicion ay nangyari nga iyong natagalan ang delivery coz nabuksan ang box at daming nawawalang item. Sabi ng customer service email daw ako sa kanila which I did and still waiting for their reply if may action ba sila to be accountable?
My wife, a filipina, paid to send a box with chocolates very well wrapped. They opened the box and took 90% of the chocolates, so 250$ CA (10 000 php). It took 2 months longer to arrive, cause they were stealing. Thieves! Avoid sending things by cargo, better to send the money to your family and they buy the things that they need in the Philippines.
