I was looking to do a little cardio while I was in town. I just needed an elliptical machine and a stationary bike. This place was perfect. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. I also loved the black and white photos of Lou Ferrigno and Arnold that adorned the walls.
Good quality gym, has everything you might need to workout. Some equipment is frail or uncomfortable (looking at you seated leg extensions/curls) but most is good quality and durable. Wish it wasn't always playing ultra right-wing cable news on some of the tvs, but it's still welcoming to all people. Owner working the counter is chill also, seems like a great guy.
I was pretty happy with this gym. The staff were nice. They have a lot of options for short-term gym membership. It’s overall a great gym with a wide variety of equipment. They could use more kettlebells and smaller-sized dumbbells, but they had a ton of medium to large sized dumbbells. They have a lot of different machines. They only have two mats to stretch on and not much space to do it. They were missing pins on some of the machines. But, generally I was pretty pleased with the options at this gym.
Awesome gym. Got a three day pass visiting out of town and came every day. Highly recommended
